This sculpting treatment is a non-surgical FDA approved body and muscle-sculpting treatment that can be tailored to your needs. In other words, this treatment can be personalized to strengthen, firm, and tone your body!

How does it work?
With truSculpt flex, eight muscle groups are treated simultaneously using 8 handheld pieces, covering the largest treatment area in the body sculpting industry. These unique handpieces use Multi-Directional Stimulation (MDS) technology to deliver three treatment options by replicating intensified crunch, squats, and twisting actions.
Meet with your Bella Luce consultant to discuss your problem areas. From here your consultant will be able to customize the handpiece placements to target multiple small and large muscle groups to reach your goals.
As the treatment begins, you will feel a gentle contraction sensation and, as the intensity slowly increases, the muscle contraction intensifies. This creates results that are even and consistent throughout the treated area.
You will experience exercises that increase core strength and muscle endurance. Your muscles will contract and will hold to the point of exhaustion and then relax to increase strength and enhance endurance.
Similar to intense exercises that break down and build muscle fibers for increased mass you will experience fast, deep, sequential contractions of the muscles. This helps to build muscle mass and increase basal metabolic rate (BMR).

The Process
Before your treatment, we recommend stretching to help maximize results. Create twisting motions to warm up, stretch the muscles, and slowly build a tolerance to muscle contractions.
truSculpt flex has 3 treatment modes
Prep Mode: this mode creates twisting motions similar to those experienced during warm-up exercises. It involves stretching of muscles and slowly build a tolerance to muscle contractions
Tone Mode: this mode is similar to performing toning exercises such as squats and involves contracting muscles until the point of exhaustion. This mode mimics strength training programs and results in increased strength and endurance
Sculpt Mode: this mode is similar to performing crunches and involves fast, deep, sequential contractions of the muscles. This mode mimics muscle building programs involving the development of new muscle fibers. An increased muscle mass is also accompanied by a simultaneous elevation of basal metabolic rate (BMR) for the growth and support of muscle mass
How many treatments are needed?
Up to eight areas can be treated in one 45-minute session. Results can be achieved with as little as four treatments. However, additional treatments may be required to achieve the personalized results you desire.
Downtime and Results
truSculpt® flex is non-invasive, requires no recovery time and patients are able to immediately return to normal activities after the treatment.
Post-procedure, patients may notice tingling in the areas treated for up to a few hours. They may also experience slight muscle soreness or tenderness for 24-72 hours similar to that after an intense workout. Your recovery will also depend on your level of fitness. Those who are physically active may have less soreness than those who are not.

truSculpt® flex vs. SculpSure & CoolSculpting
Truscuplt® flex is not the same as SculpSure or CoolSculting. Where these treatments reduce fat cells, truSculpt® flex sculpts and tones various areas of the body. truSculpt® flex vs. EmSculpt
truSculpt® flex is similar to Emsculpt®. Both technologies involve the production of muscle contractions through external stimulation. However, truSculpt® flex has a distinct advantage in terms of specificity and flexibility. There are various methods for inducing muscle contractions, including electrical stimulation, electromagnetic stimulation, and transcutaneous electrical stimulation.
Emsculpt utilizes electromagnetic stimulation to induce muscle contractions, whereas truSculpt flex uses electrical stimulation. During Emsulpt’s electromagnetic stimulation, a magnetic field is applied over the area of interest resulting in the activation of peripheral nerves that stimulates the muscles. This requires bulkier hardware and does not provide a focal stimulus in a controlled manner.
Whereas truSculpt flex stimulates specific muscles by the placement of single handpieces using electric stimulation. truSculpt flex also provides much better body coverage This allows treatment of up to 2 areas at once compared to the maximum of 2 areas during electromagnetic stimulation.
truSculpt flex also allows for the reversal of the direction of the application of the current with its multi-directional stimulation technology. In contrast, Emsculpt electromagnetic stimulation only allows contraction in a single direction.
